Roll out of Visbek and into the Naturpark Wildeshauser Geest, then on past the Kokenmühle watermill. The Baumweg nature reserve leads you toward the Ahlhorner Fischteiche, before the Glaner Heide opens up on the way back. Just under half the route is paved, and 258 metres of climbing keeps it rolling. You finish where you started, in Visbek.
