Roll out of Winterswijk and let the ride unfold. The route passes Bietenschlatt and the Burlo-Vardingholter Venn und Entenschlatt, both nature reserves, before swinging through the Wooldse Veen. Then it's on past Bekendelle, another nature reserve, and the windmill De Meenkmolen. Just over half the 63.6 km runs unpaved, and the ride finishes back in Winterswijk.
