Roll out of Damme and let the ride unfold: 73.9 km with 195 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface. First comes the Darnsee nature reserve, then the Hochwasserrückhaltebecken Alfhausen-Rieste nature reserve. Onward past the Durchleiter, a Hase river crossing, before the Dammer Berge forest. Then it's back to Damme to close the loop.
