Roll out of Saint-André-de-Cubzac and let the ride take you past the Château du Bouilh, a castle that anchors the opening kilometres. From there the route winds on to La Saye, a river that marks the turn for home. Of the 56.8 km, a good share runs unpaved, so expect a mix of surfaces under your wheels. Back in the village, you close the loop where you began.
