Rondje Château d'Échoisy en Forêt de Boixe

The ride

From Mansle-les-Fontaines the route rolls out along La Charente, then follows La Bonnieure and La Tardoire, three rivers in a row. After the water comes the Forêt de Boixe, where the trees close in over mostly unpaved tracks. Later you pass the Château d'Échoisy before turning back toward the start. Fifty kilometres of riverbanks, forest and castle views, with 394 m of climbing along the way.
