Rondje Castello della Pietra en Lago di Vobbietta

The ride

This ride sets off from Isola del Cantone and rolls out past two castles, Castello Spinola-Mignacco and Castello Spinola, before crossing the Torrente Scrivia river and pausing at the Ponte Romanico viewpoint. From there the route climbs into the Parco naturale regionale dell'Antola, a nature reserve, and continues to the Castello della Pietra castle and the Lago di Vobbietta lake. It's 79.8 km of paved riding with 1546 m of climbing, and it finishes back where it began.
