The ride
From Bleialf you roll out for 79.7 km, all of it paved. The route strings together nature reserves — Mehlenbach zwischen Gondenbrett und Weinsfeld, Niesenberg bei Weinsheim, Tongruben bei Niederprüm — before climbing into the Parc naturel des Hautes-Fagnes – Eifel. Then come two castles, Burg Ouren and Schloss Oberhausen, with 1504 m of climbing along the way. Back to Bleialf to finish.
