Roll out of Bad Bentheim and back again on 84,7 km of paved surface. First up are two castles, Burg Bentheim and Kronenburg, before the route slips through the Feuchtgrünlandkomplex Ellinghorst and the Großes und kleines Unland nature reserves. Later come the Salzquelle am Rothenberge and Ammerter Mark, then the Lukasmühle windmill. With 244 m of climbing, it's a gentle loop from start to finish.
