Roll out of Sauzé and let the ride unfold along the water: first the Boutonne river, then its Bras de la Boutonne, before the Château de Javarzay rises along the way. Farther on you meet the Dive river, and then it's back to Sauzé where you started. It's 73.8 km with 318 m of climbing, and every metre of it is paved.
