The ride

From Tarquinia the route rolls out past Palazzo Vitelleschi, a castle, then on toward the Tuscania nature reserve. Marta brings a river to the ride, and the ZPS Fiume Mignone nature reserve follows before the road turns for home. Along the way 822 m of climbing builds up, and the 85.3 km loop closes back in Tarquinia.
