The ride

Roll out of Calaceite and settle in for a loop of 59.9 km with 1044 m of climbing, almost all of it on unpaved tracks. The route soon drops to the Riu Matarranya, a river that sets the tone for the day. Later you follow the Riu d'Algars, another river, before the road turns you back toward Calaceite. Two rivers, one start village, and plenty of metres to earn.
