The ride

Roll out of Lizio and the Golfe du Morbihan nature reserve opens the ride before two castles, Kerfily and Kerguéhennec, mark the way. Follow the Oust and the Château de Josselin, then keep the canal beside you as you pedal back toward Lizio. Along the way 80.6 km and 784 m of climbing come mostly on paved surface.
