Hills between L'Yonne and L'Anguison

The ride

Roll out of Corbigny and let the route unfold along the L'Anguison river, then the L'Yonne, before joining the Canal du Nivernais for a stretch beside the water. The return swings past the L'Auxois river and climbs back toward the start, with 798 m of elevation gain spread across the loop. Most of the riding is unpaved, so expect a mixed day under the wheels as the landscape shifts from riverbank to canal and back.
