From Caslino al Piano you roll out on a route of 90.9 km, almost all of it paved. Early on the road passes Palazzo Visconti, a castle, before swinging by Villa Gianetti, a manor. Then come the green stretches: through the Bosco del Rugareto nature reserve and the Parco del Medio Olona, with a stop by Villa Odescalchi, another manor. The Spina Verde and Groane nature reserves round things off before you head back to Caslino al Piano.
