From Plaisance the road rolls out to meet Le Petit Midour, then follows La Douze and L'Auzoue before the towers of Château de Bassoues rise ahead. The route is fully paved, so the kilometres tick by steadily, and the climbing adds up to 728 m along the way. L'Arros accompanies the final stretch back toward Plaisance, where the loop closes.
