Roll out of Schlacht and straight into the Kirchseeoner Moos nature reserve, then on through the Kupferbachtal und Umgebung and Kupferbachtal bei Unterlaus reserves. The Hofoldinger und Höhenkirchner Forst, another nature reserve, comes next, and then it's back to Schlacht. Along the way: 64.2 km with 792 m of climbing, mostly unpaved.
