The ride
Roll out of Frohnlach and follow the Itz river before climbing to Schloß Eichhof. From the castle you drop to Goldbergsee lake and the Vogelfreistätte Glender Wiesen nature reserve, then on past Von Werthern Schloß. With 814 m of climbing over 60.6 km and most of it unpaved, it's a varied loop that ends back in Frohnlach.
