Ride there from home: we find the shortest way to the loop and start the loop from there.

The ride

Roll out of Gilhoc-sur-Ormèze and let the ride unfold: past the castle Château des Boscs, then into the Monts d'Ardèche nature reserve. The route follows the Grozon, the Sumène and the Daronne rivers before the castles of Rosières and Chavagnac bring you home. Along the way you'll climb 1697 m over 75.1 km, with just a sliver of unpaved surface under your wheels.
