The ride

From Los Llanos you roll out and soon meet the Río Güi, then the Río Algarrobo and the Río Seco, three rivers in a row before the climbing really bites. With 2934 m of elevation gain and 84% unpaved, this is a day that keeps asking for another gear. The route then leads through the Parque Natural Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama, before you turn for home. Back in Los Llanos, the legs will know exactly what they've done.
