Roll out of Bande for a 75.3 km loop that stays paved the whole way. The climbing adds up to 1484 m as you ride past the Parque Natural Baixa Limia-Serra do Xurés nature reserve and on through the Reserva da Biosfera Transfronteira Gerês-Xurés. Further along come the Reserva da Biosfera Área de Allariz and the Monumento Natural A Carballa da Rocha, both nature reserves, before the road brings you back to Bande.
