The ride
Roll out of Cornudella de Montsant and the climbing begins, with 2303 m of elevation gain waiting across the route. The road soon passes the Embassament de Siurana, a lake, before following the Riu de Siurana, a river, onward. From there the ride enters the Parc Natural de la Serra de Montsant, a nature reserve, where most of the 61.9 km unfolds over unpaved surface. The loop then turns back toward Cornudella de Montsant to finish where it started.
