The ride
Roll out of Silleda and the road soon slips past the Sobreirais do Arnego nature reserve before two manors, Pazo de Donfreán and Casa de Quintela, mark the way. Then comes the Fraga de Catasós nature reserve, followed by the Pazo dos Xil manor and the Carballeira de Barcia forest. The loop closes through the Serra do Candán nature reserve and back to Silleda, with 1736 m of climbing along the way.
