From Thening you roll out along the Welser Mühlbach and the Traun, then past Burg Wels and Schloss Pollheim. Schloss Schmiding follows before the route bends away with the Trattnach and Innbach. The 72.7 km loop brings you back to Thening, with 620 m of climbing along the way.
