Roll out of Cherasco and let the ride unfold: first the Stura di Demonte river, then the Tanaro, before the castles begin. You pass Castello di Roddi, Castello di Serralunga d'Alba and Castello Principi degli Acaja, each a castle marking the way. The loop covers 95.1 km and climbs 956 m, all on paved surface, and brings you back to Cherasco past its own Castello Visconteo.
