The ride

From Llangréu the road heads out past the Río Nalón and on to the Río Caudal, then climbs through 1276 m of elevation gain. Along the way you pass the Palacio del Vizconde Heredia manor and the Castillo de Soto de Aller castle, with the Ríu Ayer and Río Lena rivers breaking up the ride. Every metre is paved, and the loop brings you back to Llangréu where you started.
