From Milizac you roll out toward the Réserve de biosphère des îles et de la mer d'Iroise, a nature reserve, then on through its zone de transition. Next comes the L'Aber Ildut, a river, before the route climbs past the Manoir de Bel-Air, a castle, and the Château de Trémazan, another castle. The 71.5 km loop mixes paved and unpaved surface and brings you back to Milizac.
