Castles between Le Barroux and Vaison-la-Romaine

The ride

Roll out of Sablet and the route soon reaches the Parc naturel régional du Mont-Ventoux, a nature reserve that sets the tone. Onward past Théos, where forest lines the way, and the Espace nature Théos, another nature reserve. Two castles follow, Château d'Entrechaux and Château du Barroux, before the ENS Les collines du lac du Paty reserve brings you toward home. It's 76.0 km with 755 m of climbing, almost all on paved surface.
