The ride
From the parking area at Parque Natural Montes Obarenes-San Zadornil, this loop rolls out past the Río Ebro and on to Castillo de los Duques de Frías. You then ride through the Montes Obarenes-San Zadornil nature reserve, past Torre de los Bonifaz castle and Solapeña Errota watermill, before following the Río Tumecillo and the Ebro back to where you began. It's 99.8 km with 1312 m of climbing, and the surface is paved throughout.
