Roll out of Eldena and follow the Alte Elde, then the Löcknitz, as the route loops through the Biosphärenreservat Flusslandschaft Elbe - Mecklenburg-Vorpommern nature reserve. The Rögnitz river joins the ride before the road turns back toward Eldena. Of the 67.9 km, almost all is paved, with a short unpaved stretch, and the elevation gain stays around 170 m.
