From Thourie you roll out for 69.8 km of paved riding, with no unpaved stretches along the way. The route follows the L'Ardenne, then the Seiche, and later the Semnon, three rivers that shape the ride. After the Semnon you pass Étang de la Forge, a lake, before the road turns back. With 440 m of climbing spread across the loop, you finish where you started in Thourie.
