The ride

Start and finish in Ramsau bei Berchtesgaden on a 54.4 km loop with 1629 m of climbing. From the village you follow the Ramsauer Ache, roll past the Taubensee lake, then pick up the Saalach and the Bischofswiesener Ache before the run home. Most of the route is unpaved, so expect a mix of surfaces under your wheels.
