Roll out from Parkeerplaats Vilstal bei Marklkofen and straight into the Vilstal nature reserve, then follow the Isar river onward. Past the Magerstandorte bei Rosenau nature reserve and the Isaraltwasser- und Brennenbereich bei Mamming nature reserve, the route climbs toward Schloss Warth, a castle, before looping back to where you started. Of the 56.9 km, most runs unpaved, with 491 m of climbing along the way.
