Roll out of Vippachedelhausen and let the ride unfold: past the Brembacher Weinberge nature reserve, then through the Prinzenschneise, before the Südhang Ettersberg and Raufenschlag reserves follow in turn. Along the way the Wasserburg Ollendorf castle stands as the one built landmark on a route that is mostly unpaved. With 64.4 km and 533 m of climbing, it loops back to where it began.
