Roll out of Bad Bevensen and let the ride unfold: 60.7 km with 263 m of climbing, mostly unpaved. You follow the Ilmenau river, then the Elbe-Seitenkanal canal, before turning through the Röbbelbach nature reserve. Roughly a quarter of the route is paved, the rest gravel and dirt. Then it's back to where you started.
